Inspired by the aesthetics of traditional takeout culture mixed with fashion and pop culture, SENSES Art Showcase was an immersive event featuring artwork from multiple artists and exclusive merchandise from Thrift Jesus. The event’s design blended nostalgia with contemporary influences, creating a visually rich environment for guests.

I designed a feature wall at the food station, transforming it into a dynamic backdrop that framed the ordering area. Using layers of newspaper, cutouts of iconic pop culture moments, and a bold takeout sign, I created a textured, collage-like display that tied into the event’s overall theme while enhancing the guest experience.

This project allowed me to explore set styling as an extension of cultural and fashion narratives, using found materials and graphic composition to elevate the atmosphere.
